The Long Island Museum in Stony Brook sponsored its fourteenth annual Colors of Long Island Student Art Exhibit in its art museum. Art teachers Nora Franzese of Canaan Elementary School and Nicole Traina of Eagle showcased the artwork of students from their schools. The show was a colorful success and was open to the public until December 31. Pictured is Canaan fifth grader Madeline Miehle and her printmaking radial design project. We are extremely proud of our talented and creative art students.
