PMCT President, Paul Pecorale, along with Patchogue Lions Club Past-President, David Warnken, present Superintendent Michael Mostow with school supply-filled backpacks for underprivileged students within the Patchogue-Medford School District. The backpacks are filled with much needed supplies students need to be successful for the upcoming school year. Principals from each of the seven elementary schools, within the district, receive the backpacks and distribute them at the onset of school. This collaborative effort, between the Patchogue-Medford Congress of Teachers and the Patchogue Lions Club, has been taking place for a decade. Both groups work hand in hand to make this endeavor a successful one.
